At Alwanova, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
With all original tags and packaging intact

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

The reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Alwanova is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@alwanova.shop, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
